How to report prohibited content hosted on img402.dev.
Report abuse
To report an image that violates our Terms of Service, email [email protected] with:
- The URL of the image (e.g. https://i.img402.dev/abc123.png)
- A description of the violation
- Your contact information
We aim to respond to abuse reports within 24 hours. Content confirmed to violate our Terms will be removed promptly.
Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance. Detected material is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
- Copyrighted material without authorization
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive content
- Doxxing or unauthorized personal information
- Non-consensual deepfakes of real persons
- Content that violates applicable law
Automated scanning
All images served through img402 are scanned by Cloudflare for CSAM. Detected material is removed immediately and reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and the REPORT Act of 2024.
DMCA takedown
If you believe an image hosted on img402 infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing image on img402.dev
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove the infringing material.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with:
- Identification of the removed material and its former URL
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Wallet addresses associated with repeated violations may be permanently blocked from using the Service.
